To guarantee that your returned merchandise is credited properly, you must contact Customer Service to obtain a
RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Packages returned without the proper RMA # will not be processed.
Orders must be returned in the same condition as received. We are sorry, but we are unable to accept any items
that have been written or highlighted in.
Items that contain access codes must remain in a sealed state.
We will accept returns within 21 days of receipt, with the required forms and authorization. Refunds will be issued,
based on the original form of payment.*
* Payments made by check or money order will receive a merchandise credit. We do not issue refund checks.
You may return an item you no longer want or need with the required forms and authorization. Please note that
shipping charges are non-refundable.
If an item is damaged or incorrect, please notify us and we will provide a Merchandise Return Label, Form and
RMA #. We will either reship your item (if currently in stock) or issue a refund. The refund will be issued within
10 business days, once the item has been returned.
Claims for non-receipt of order must be made within 60 days of placing your order. Please contact Customer
Service and we will either reship (if currently in stock) or refund your account. After 60 days we will consider
the matter closed.
