Frequently asked questions   Processing Time:   Order will be processed within 1 business day after confirmation of payment.   Your order will be shipped within 1 – 2 business days.   Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the U.S. Post Office.     Warehouse Pickups:   Orders may be picked up at our Patchogue, NY location.   Your shipping charges will be refunded, but there will be a handling and processing fee of $1.99 per item.  Please contact Customer Service for details.     Shipping Domestic:   We do not offer combined shipping.   We can provide a delivery confirmation number for a slight fee of $1.00.    A delivery confirmation number is not to be confused with a tracking number, as this only provides information that an order has been delivered.   Orders will be shipped to the address provided on your order.  Address corrections made on payments such as PayPal or credit card payment will not be used or accepted.    If you receive an email that your order has shipped and it has an incorrect address, we will not be able to stop the order and you will be responsible for shipping charges.  Please carefully check your shipping address before submitting your order.   We do not offer overnight delivery, unless you have your own UPS or FEDEX account.  Your shipping charges will be refunded, but there will be a handling and processing fee of $1.99 per item.   We reserve the right to charge an extra fee for shipping costs depending on the weight of your order.  We will email you if an extra fee is required and you have the right to cancel you order, if so desired.   If the tracking or delivery confirmation shows that the order has been delivered and you have not received your order, please contact Customer Service by either email or calling at 1-800-544-1715.  We will be happy to try and help you with the matter.  We will not credit orders if the tracking or delivery confirmation shows the package as being delivered (with or without signature).     Shipping International:   We do not offer combined shipping.   Orders will be shipped to the address provided on your order.  Address corrections made on payments with PayPal.com or credit card will not be used or accepted.    If you receive an email that your order has shipped and it has an incorrect address, we will not be able to stop the order and you will be responsible for shipping charges.  Please carefully check your shipping address before submitting your order.   We reserve the right to charge an extra fee for shipping costs depending on the weight of your order.  We will email you if an extra fee is required and you have the right to cancel you order, if so desired.   We do not offer a delivery confirmation number or tracking number.   Shipping is only Monday through Friday.   Buyer will be responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be imposed, once the package reaches the destination country.  Best Bargain Books has no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country.  Please contact your local customs office, should you need any information.                   Cancellations:   Why was my order cancelled? Due to the high-demand of items, some books sell out faster than others.   You may cancel your order or remove an item, before your order has shipped, by calling or e-mailing customer service.     Gift Certificates:   Gift certificates must be purchased separately.     Coupons, Discounts and Reward Points:   Coupons, discounts and reward points cannot be combined.   What are Reward Points?   How do I receive a coupon?   How do I receive a discount?   If I return the merchandise, can I use my coupon again?   If I return the merchandise, will I get my Reward Points back?   If I return the merchandise, will I still have my discount?     Book Conditions:   Brand New: New, unread, unused and in perfect condition with no missing or damaged pages, may have a remainder mark.   Like New: May be shiny, in some instances dust jackets are not included, no missing pages, minimal to no highlighting/underlining of text (applies to educational books), no damage to binding, may have a remainder mark.   Very Good: Very minimal damage to the cover (no holes or tears, only minimal scuff marks), in some instances dust jackets are not included, no missing pages, minimal to no highlighting/underlining of text, very minimal wear and tear, may have a remainder, mark, damaged spine, cover damage, warped or creased cover or page damage.   Good: Minimal damage to the cover, dust jacket not necessarily included, minimal wear to binding, majority of pages undamaged, minimal to no highlighting/underlining of text, no missing pages, may have a remainder mark, damaged spine, cover damage, warped or creased cover or page damage.   Acceptable: Some damage to the cover but integrity still intact, possible writing in margins, possible underlining and highlighting of text, no missing pages, may have a remainder mark, damaged spine, cover damage, warped or creased cover or page damage.
